This list of Presidents’ week camps and special classes in Westchester covers just about any interest and spans the entire county.

PlayLand Ice

Date(s): February 20th – February 24th
Time: 9am – 2 pm
Includes: 2 on-ice sessions with instruction, 1 off-ice exercise class, games and crafts
Price: $95 for one day (discounts available for multiple days)

Cooking Around the World Camp (ages 5-10)

Date(s): February 20th
Time: 9am – 12 pm
Includes: Campers will explore a specific region and cuisine and will expand their cooking skills
Price: $48 (+$3 for online admin fees)

Groove Family JAMS

Date(s): February 22nd & 23rd
Time: 9:30 am & 10:30 am
Includes: Family Jam is a singular musical experience offered on Saturdays, vacation weeks and holidays so working parents, school-aged siblings and extended family can find their groove, too. The format is the same as Groove’s award-winning weekday music classes… unique, free-spirited and fun for the whole family.
Price: $25 in advance; $35 day of (if available); siblings are always 1/2 price; grown-ups are always free

The Rye Arts Center

Date(s): February 20th –  February 24th
Time: 10am – 12pm & 12:30pm –  2:30pm
Includes: Drawing and Painting Week (for ages 5-7 and 8-11) and/or Ceramics Week (for ages 5-7 and 8-11)

Wave Hill Presidents’ Week Family Programs

Includes: Each day has a different theme: Winter Weather Tapestries; Snowy, Felted Sculptures; Frosty, 3D Landscapes

Hudson River Musuem: School’s Out, Stars Are In

Date(s): February 20th –  February 24th
Time: 12pm –  5pm
Includes: Hands-on workshops and star shows. Participants must be accompanied by a caregiver.
Price: FREE with Museum admission (Adults $6, Kids (3-18) $3, Seniors & Students with ID $4, Members Free)

Winter Wolves at the Wolf Conservation Center

Date(s): February 20th
Time: 11am –  12:30pm
Includes: Learn about the mythology, biology and ecology of wolf families and discover why this season is such a magical time for packs in North America. Guests will visit Ambassador Wolves as well as the WCC’s critically endangered red wolves and Mexican gray wolves. Guests will enjoy hot beverages in our woodstove-heated classroom.  Please dress for COLD weather.

Westchester Skating Academy Figure Skating Camp 

Date(s): February 20th – February 24th
Time: 9:15am –  4pm
Includes: 2 off-ice sessions (including dance and gymnastics), 2 on-ice sessions (1.5 hours of on-ice instruction)
Price: $130 per day for one or two full days; $120 per day for three or four days; $110 per day for 5 days

Westchester Skating Academy Hockey Camp 

Date(s): February 20th – February 24th
Time: 8am –  4:30pm
Includes: On-ice powerskating clinic, light agility training/knee hockey, on-ice puck control clinic, on-ice small area games, supervised knee hockey game
Price: $475 or the week; $115 per day; $55 per on-ice clinic; $90 per half day (8am – 1:30pm)

Sheldrake Environmental Center Presidents’ Week Camp

Date(s): February 20th – February 24th
Time: 9:30am –  12:30pm
Includes: Children ages 3-5 search for signs of animal life, learn how animals and plants survive the cold, and may become snow detectives! They also enjoy nature-themed story time, do crafts and play games.
Price: $270 for members, $300 for non-members

Greenburgh Nature Center’s Nature Experience Camp

Date(s): February 20th – February 23rd
Time: 9:30am –  1pm
Includes: Fun crafts, games and outdoor adventures for grades K-3. Dress to go outside and get messy, but in case of inclement weather, the program will be held indoors. Children bring their own lunches each day; nutritious snacks will be provided.
Price: $230, must be a member ($85 for membership)

The Jungle Book Kids Workshop at White Plains Performing Arts Center

Date(s): February 20th – February 24th
Time: 10am –  4pm; Friday performance at 5pm
Includes: Open to students in grades 2 – 8. Students will be cast, rehearse, tech and perform the 30-minute Disney’s The Jungle Book KIDS—all in the span of one week!

February Break Camp at Scribble Art Workshop

Date(s): February 20th – February 24th
Time: K-4 from 9am – 3pm; PreK from 9am -12pm

Theodore D. Young Community Center Mid-Winter Break Camp for 6-13 year olds

Time: 9am – 5pm
Includes: Open gym, swimming, art, music, dance, cooking. Trips to: Museum of Natural History, bowling, movies, ice skating
Price: $150 for residents; $200 for nonresidents. Registration must be completed on or before 2/18

Shames Jewish Community Center Vacation Sensations

Date(s): February 21st – February 24th
Time: 9am – 3pm
Includes: Different activities each day: Chelsea Piers Stamford (indoor soccer, ice skating, gymnastics, trampolines, splash zone, and more), Dayrock Party at the J! (learn about and play popular songs on different instruments), Fun 4 Kids Arcade (play arcade games for prizes plus laser tag and mini bowling), Fun Craft (create your own ceramic craft and have a disco party with games)

The Playplace Holiday Camp

Scattered Books Bookstore Board Game Making Workhop

Muscoot Farm Winter Break Knitting Program
